We use Royal Mail 48 (Standard service, £1.49) and Royal Mail 24 (Express service, £2.49) - these services provide partial tracking.
They update once the item was delivered, or a delivery attempt has been made.
Special delivery guaranteed (£4.99) is fully tracked.
If you choose standard delivery, most orders arrive within two to four business days, but occasionally it can take longer. We use the RM48 service for standard delivery.
We use the RM24 service for the Express option. Again, most of the time these arrive within one business day, but can very occasionally take longer.
By and large, we see less delays with the Express RM24 service, and more delays with the standard RM48 service.
Please take the chance of a delay into account when you order, especially if it's needed for a specific date.

Yes, our packaging is recyclable, and also 100% recycled.
There's no Paraffle branding on our packaging, so it won't be obvious what it is when it arrives. Our company name is on the postage label, but it's quite small. Get in touch if you'd prefer even that not to be there!
We use SSL encryption on our website - the industry standard for security. Payments made on our website are processed securely by Shopify, a platform trusted by some of the most well known brands in the world.
You also have the option of paying via Paypal, if you prefer that.

Your data is stored securely on our Shopify platform, and access to it is restricted and controlled.
No copies of your data are made, nor do we sell it - we only sell what you see on the website!
