So long as your items are in the same condition you received them, then absolutely - just get in touch!

We ship all orders using 100% recycled mailers and envelopes, made in the UK.

Our kit boxes are made in the UK from an FSC mix sustainable cardboard, and printed using non toxic inks.

The fabric we use is 100% organic cotton grown and weaved in India by a family company. It's dyed responsibly by the same firm, using low impact dyes and processes that recycle the water used in the process.

Our cushions use this same fabric, and are sewn in Kerala by a women's co-operative.

Our Tote bags are 100% Organic and are Fair Wear.

We use DMC thread in all of our kits.

Our Needle minders are made in Britain from Nickel metal. The designs on them are enamel, and the magnets are Neodymium.

Once confirmed, we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you place your order before 11am on a weekday, we'll aim to get it dispatched the same day. This isn't always possible, so if your order is particularly time sensitive, please drop us a note so we can prioritise it!

Yes we do, we ship all international orders using Royal Mail International.

International postage starts at £6, and increases based on how large/heavy the parcel will be.

The maximum cost to you will be £10.
